The personnel who work in front office departman-in other words’ reception-is listed below. However, the hotel management sector is developing and the positions are varying so rapidly that the list would be missing if I had excluded any of the positions in it. According to the status, size and standarts of hotels, some of these positions might exist in different departments. For example, in some hotels, Night Audit personnel might work in accounting department, not in front office. In the same way, a night manager might work in administrative staff as administrative personnel.
